VINIFICATION

The 2014 vintage was an excellent vintage for Pinot Noir, with the dry conditions allowing the grapes to reach full ripeness. The wine displays classical Pinot Noir characteristics of plum,cherry,and game. The palate show silky tannins,length and fruit sweetness.
