VINIFICATION

The 2013 vintage was an excellent vintage for Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with the dry conditions allowing the grapes to reach full ripeness. The wine displays classical Merlot Cabernet characteristics of blackcurrant and bay leaf.The palate show silky tannins,length and fruit sweetness.
